I have been a customer for some time and every order I made was attended to meticulously and efficiently. Their customer service is top-notch. There have been a few occasions when they went the extra mile but never was that exemplified as brilliantly as this evening. I had provided a wrong delivery address and instead of reaching out to me, the good folks at Pure Seed called the recipient's daughter (I listed her number in the delivery) for the correct address. The hospital was out of the free delivery zone but Pure Seed still delivered the flowers and chocolates without making a fuss to ask me for payment first. When I found out I had the wrong address, I e-mailed Pure Seed (Alice) and was pleasantly surprised to learn that (1) delivery to the correct address was already en route and (2) they waived the extra delivery fee. I have never encountered such exceptional service. It just proves that customer service is Pure Seed's top priority. Get your flowers from Pure Seed. You are guaranteed magnificent floral arrangements, wonderful add-on choices and most of all, excellent and efficient customer service. Thank you again, Alice and the great team at Pure Seed!

Ordering online is easy. Their speed of delivery is also fantastic within the same day. Pricy? No when comparing to HK esp when there is discount for first time purchase and first 300 points to be used for price deduction. I will stick to it whenever I need to send gift to other suppliers here
