Placed an order on 3/9 with a specific request on the delivery time on 9/9. Tracy from purse seed reached out to me and informed me that they are able to fulfill my requirement. On 9/9 and also a last minute request, I requested to re-schedule the delivery time. Pure seed couldn’t guarantee as they have high volume of deliveries. Nevertheless, they didn’t fail me.
