These guys are too far ahead compared to most florist in KL. Given both in the time taken to respond to your order and making sure they get things right. I got a call within a few minutes just to make sure I got something on my order right. I made a really last minute order today and they managed to get it through today!! while most of my other regular florist just said no. Its these small things that makes them way better!! Was recommended this online florist by a friend. I have used other online florists in Malaysia before but to my disappointment the bouquets always came out smaller & less impressive than depicted on their websites. I am very happy to say that I have purchased 3 times from Pureseed and so far each of my orders have arrived exactly as pictured on their website and also their customer service Is prompt, friendly & accommodating. This is a very late review. I was interested to order from pure seed from their website. The website is stunning is easy to navigate. Ordered a flower basket for my boyfriend on white day 2019. I forgot who handled me that time but she was very attentive and give me some good recommendation, when I have some request she directly ask the florist for her opinion whether it's suitable and nice. If not they will give you other alternative for the request. It shows that they are passionate on their job as a florist and they care about the customer opinion. The flowers are very fresh when delivered. Arrangement is very stunning. A very reasonable price considering all the quality and the customer service that you receive. (I was very impressed with the customer service) They keep you updated when the flower is ready, and on the delivery. The flowers stayed fresh for days after it was delivered. A bit of a feedback. Maybe you can enhance on the message card part? Other than that everything is perfect Best florist ! Will come back again definitely

I got to know about PURE SEED through Google search and I noticed that it was highly rated and full with positive reviews, so I decided to give it a try. As commented and recommended, I was truly impressed with their services! Especially their effort in trying to fulfill my request to deliver the hamper before 2 pm despite having prior commitments and tight schedules. Staff are also dedicated and polite. Thanks to Jeannie for getting me the detailed measurement of the hamper prior to my order, to Alice who was very responsive and prompt in replying my email and of course to the hamper Designer for such lovely hamper design! Have been using Pure Seed for many years and till today we are still impressed with their level of service. Today, they took the initiative to call up to check whether the recipient was in prior to a delivery and found out that the recipient was on leave for the next five days. We were informed and they offered to deliver to the home of the recipient. In the end, we decided to change the delivery to another person and they were swift in helping us make the necessary changes to the card. Thank you, Pure Seed.

I have no prior dealings with any KL florist. I googled, found that they had classy bouquets (hydrangea) and decided they will be THE ONE. Any orders which go in before 1pm will be delivered same day. I was impressed. Just what I need. Paid 11.15am (paypal possible), called them immediately (from Singapore) (they spoke good English) and asked them to look out for my order. Asked for 230-330pm delivery as well as a photo of final product. By 1125am, they wrote to say they can deliver only between 2-4pm, and by 12pm they sent me a photo of the bouquet. At 254pm they wrote to say bouquet had been delivered at 220pm. If only all companies were like them ! Also if you subscribe they give you some points which can be offset against delivery charges. I can't ask for anymore. They were just PERFECTION. Thank you Tracy and Alice! KISSES!

I came across it few months ago when searching on google the flower delivering service in Malaysia, as we live in New Zealand and my brother with his family now lives in Kuala Lumpur. I used them in August 2019 for my sister in law, and we ordered 2 different bouquets, chocolates, wine etc, and it was delivered in timely manner, with phone call confirmation.
