I am working in Singapore and I ordered bouquet and soft toy. I had some confusion on the colour I ordered. Ms Tracy gave me wonderful service where she consistently updating on the colours of the flower and she was all the was updating me until the bouquet was delivered. Not only that she send me the photo once the gift was delivered. Pure Seed service is superb. First time ordering with Pure Seed from NZ for a birthday vase arrangement to a loved one in KL. Pure Seed was very efficient and delivery was on time with good communications. Flowers were beautiful on arrival. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the arrangement that didn't quite reflect the aesthetics of the displayed photo on website that had more finesse with the rhythm of visual flow. Done in a hurry or could be a trainee's job? Would probably give them another chance for my next order though! One year later as promised in giving them another chance for my next order of a birthday arrangement of flowers, they didn't disappoint at all! Flowers were beautiful and fresh, and the arrangement was exactly as depicted on their website. The recipient was very happy and most impressed with the delivery service as well. This is my first time order flowers from Pureseed. I personally enjoy browsing through selections of flowers as they have so many flowers choices to choose from! Throughout the booking, i had some enquires and it was promptly and clearly replied. I ordered a basket of flowers with floating balloon for my mum. It was exactly like the website shown. The whole thing was very heavy as it was a big basket. The delivery staff helped to bring it into the house and placed them nicely before they leave. Took a photo of it to make sure everything is ok. I am very satisfied with the final product and also the good customer service. Will definitely order flowers from Pureseed for next special occasions.
