Dear Pure Seed Management,I would like to commend on a great service by your staff Vivian. She is prompt, courteous and very patient in fulfilling my purchase. Vivian has single handedly accommodate my numerous change of address, (I changed like 3-4times within an hour span). The bouquet was to my best friend who toggled on her schedule n place due to her busy schedule. Thus, as a surprise birthday gift to her, it was super important that I had to get the bouquet to my best friend at her latest location, so that she wld be on hand to receive the surprise bouquet. She cried tears of joy. So did I. (tis is my first time ever sending anyone flowers). This is definitely customer service at its best.
