Ordering online is easy. Their speed of delivery is also fantastic within the same day. Pricy? No when comparing to HK esp when there is discount for first time purchase and first 300 points to be used for price deduction. I will stick to it whenever I need to send gift to other suppliers here

These guys are too far ahead compared to most florist in KL. Given both in the time taken to respond to your order and making sure they get things right. I got a call within a few minutes just to make sure I got something on my order right. I made a really last minute order today and they managed to get it through today!! while most of my other regular florist just said no. Its these small things that makes them way better!! Was recommended this online florist by a friend. I have used other online florists in Malaysia before but to my disappointment the bouquets always came out smaller & less impressive than depicted on their websites. I am very happy to say that I have purchased 3 times from Pureseed and so far each of my orders have arrived exactly as pictured on their website and also their customer service Is prompt, friendly & accommodating. This is a very late review. I was interested to order from pure seed from their website. The website is stunning is easy to navigate. Ordered a flower basket for my boyfriend on white day 2019. I forgot who handled me that time but she was very attentive and give me some good recommendation, when I have some request she directly ask the florist for her opinion whether it's suitable and nice. If not they will give you other alternative for the request. It shows that they are passionate on their job as a florist and they care about the customer opinion. The flowers are very fresh when delivered. Arrangement is very stunning. A very reasonable price considering all the quality and the customer service that you receive. (I was very impressed with the customer service) They keep you updated when the flower is ready, and on the delivery. The flowers stayed fresh for days after it was delivered. A bit of a feedback. Maybe you can enhance on the message card part? Other than that everything is perfect Best florist ! Will come back again definitely
