I am truly amazed by the excellent service provided by you in response to my mum’s disatisfaction on the material used to wrap/decorate the flower (due to some conventional chinese superstition). I was surprised to learn that not only that you took immediate action but drove all the way to our home to replace the ribbon / wrappers.
