Most of all i would like to say A BIG THANK YOU specially to June and delivery personnel who has helped me settle some hiccups which happened. I was given a wrong hospital location by a friend, which results in the delivery having to ferry from point A all the way to point B. Same hospital name, different location :( I apologize and wanted to compensate for this inconvenience caused but was politely declined. This is my first time ordering from Pureseed and i have to say, i am amazed with the quality they have provided. I made the order and paid online yesterday at 3.00am and made a special request to have them deliver the flowers by 11.00am. I received a phone call from June informing me that their schedule are full but they will try to make arrangements for me to have them delivered no later than 12.30pm. They bouquet arrived at the recipient at 11.30am properly.Good job!
