Its ok all good~ its done perfect. U all still my preferred florist 🥰 tq for the kind assistant and the door to door delivery arrangements. The delivery person was polite and understanding. The mother today was amazed 🤭 when i took the pictures for her. even if the other option by vendors selling road side and on campus are cheaper by half~ but no where compare to ur arrangements and glem from your shop🙇♂️ tq for the constant help with my orders. Will need to order as usual for October later this year again for Sunflowers (birthday gal) . 🤭

Pure seed is really amazed me with their service, I was almost lost hope to drop a last min order on 21 Feb for my best friend birthday, luckily i found pureseed and found the design she likes, moreover can deliver on same day order before 3pm. Then I was try to order and I received their call within 5 mins, saying my order infor lack of information, so required me to update. The bouquet received by my friend on 3.45pm and it is looking good. Im not expecting 100% same as website show, but still exceed my expectations. Really like their service, fast response and friendly stuff. Definitely will recommend to others. Thanks alot!!

The team at Pureseed pulled the impossible we had a disaster with another florist who was supposed to send our condolence arrangements. We contacted pure seed and they pulled the impossible off in under an hour and before their closing time. Alice who picked up my call, took on the responsibility of helping us sort it out. Alice brought calmness to our storm and saved us from embarrassment and disgrace. She and the team went out of their way and organized the most beautiful Arrangement to sendoff our beloved. With Malaysia currently facing shortage of imported flowers and not forgetting this was the end of the day and they didn’t have much left in the office. We are grateful for you Alice and the team.
