It was my first time ordering with Pureseed and I’m really happy with their service. They contacted me right within a few minutes of making the order to inform me that they did not have the colours as per the photo but will be replacing it with another. I appreciate this form of honesty in a business. Its a great value add in making sure the customers get what they paid for. They even provided photos to show of the replacement before proceeding to send. Their overall arrangement of the fruits and flowers is also very pretty and befitting with the price. All in all, satisfied!
