My boss' wife loves to send flowers to her friends and family for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. Thus I am always on the lookout for reliable florists, one that can deliver fresh and good quality flowers consistently, with decent arrangements yet value for money.

I’ve tried MANY florists. After my first order, I never went back. It was a long and tiring search for the reliable florist, as per my definition.

End 2019, I found Pure Seed and since then have never looked elsewhere. All the floral arrangements that I’ve ordered from Pure Seed (I am not paid to write this review) have exceeded my expectation - good quality flowers, fresh flowers and lovely arrangement.

I need to mention their customer service. They assisted in all my orders and are always cheerful and polite, despite me calling more times than I should for my many questions.

As for their deliveries, I love their process and I have had such a good experience with them. I would receive real-time updates and photographic evidence with details, once delivery is completed. This is so useful for me, as I am ordering on behalf of my boss' wife.

Edit 23/12/22: It was my second time making a purchase and this time, it was for my proposal. Again, I had to make an arrangement which the customer service team followed up diligently to ensure I received my flowers as per my arrangement. The huge bouquet of roses was stunningly beautiful and perfectly suited for the occasion. My wife-to-be loved it so much and the bouquet definitely made our days so special and memorable.
