Pureseed you have done a very good job! Although I was absent and not at work, you deliver it to my house! It was awesome service! Someone also gave me gift to surprised me from Bloom florist(located desa melawati) however due to misscomunication, there were duplicate payment made, and they refuse to give my loves one refund back. Instead offer them a credit option which is absurb because the duplicate payment was made at the same time for one bouquet , one via online another via cash. Even prove were provide to them they still insist. And their are so bad in customer service, and the way they handle it as if none of their problem for that duplicate payment made. Im so furious I already reported them to kpdn. It was a very crazy experienced for a bouquet of chocolate. Never again to purchase anything from them. Anyhow, I want to congrats Pureseed and recommend them to everyone out there.
