As I was looking for on day delivery within few hours (9am order, 12pm deliverED to a location which is an hour away from them) + customization of flower (shown in pic below)
They willing to communicate and find ways to make it possible instead of going for the easy way. The flower designer also put in thoughts into delivering good design despite my out of the blue request. Excellent experience, will definitely revisit with pre-plan haha. Great job and teamwork! 💐
Ps: I did pay for the third party delivery fee and it’s not a conventional way they run so pls be responsible and take your own risk if wanted to do so
