Superb customer service from pure seed florist ; with sudden order from us for sympathy flowers for our loyal client, pure seed florist able to provide the flowers within an hour. We didn’t mind paying extra for the service as it’s an urgent request from us. It shocked us that the flowers arrived despite heavy rain and our location far from city, pure seed make it happened.

Excellent service from the team. I was a bit slipshod in my delivery message and they ensured that they checked in with me so that it would look right! I placed the order at 1.34pm and my sister received by 4ish pm. The white roses were beautiful. A tiny consolation for her beloved cat that passed away that morning. Thank you Pureseed.
