I was contacted via whatsapp to confirm delivery details. Also found out later that Pure Seed staff was very thoughtful to suggest to another person to order different condolences flowers for the same funeral I ordered for. So that the family won't receive the same flowers. When delivery is completed, I received a very prompt confirmation email with photos attached.
