Was visiting KL from overseas when a good friend's father suddenly passed away....wanted to send flowers, but KL had changed so much since I last lived here, so I searched online, and Pure Seed had a wonderful selection of condolence flower arrangements to choose from. Not only that, their website ordering system made things so easy all the way from choosing the best and most beautiful flower arrangement all the way to the convenience of selecting pre-written messages (for any occassion) to place on a selection of cards. I did have to call them,however, as I needed some clarification on how to fill out the check-out information and how to send them a copy of the obituary notice.....but other than that, the lady person I spoke to was amazingly helpful, and so incredibly nice, comforting, and easy to talk to.

Then, when the flowers were finally delivered in just a few hours on the same day, I received a confirmation if the flower delivery, with pictures! Wow! The arrangement was absoutely beautiful!...you can really see the pride and quality they put into their flower arrangements.....everything fresh, thoughtfully, creatively, and artfully put together. You can tell these people love flowers, are so creative, and most importantly, they care about their customers and providing the best possible service.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery, quality product and service. I ordered a bouquet for friend’s birthday after 3pm and they did same delivery! My bestie got really surprise and happy from the way the delivery man present the bouquet. He was first making sure the recipient is the one who receive it, then only brought out the bouquet. Big shout out to him! ❤️ The way how they arrange and design the bouquet is also beautiful, my friend like it very much.
On top of that, we are amazed by the message card. It was well printed on the card instead of random plain white A4paper. The back side of the card showed the steps about how to take care the bouquet which is very thoughtful.
