I use Pureseed a lot for KL/Klang Valley - and so far they have never disappointed. Not the cheapest in town - but very fairly priced for the quality and high service levels.

What is particularly good about Pureseed is that their website shows how big the arrangement is likely to be (with a photo of a person holding the arrangement for scale usually available)
