I have communicated via email with Alice & spoken verbally with Tracy. Both are very professional & it was a delight interacting with both. Pure Seed is my favorite online florist store as the floral designs are simply the BEST compared to the rest. Sometimes when I'm sad, all I have to do is look at the flowers online & they will make me smile again. So, a BIG THANK YOU to the designing team. Your creations certainly ROCK! The only neutral feedback is whether the IT department could include my past order in 2012 into my list of "Past Orders". Also, if our personal messages could be captured too.
