This is a very late review. I was interested to order from pure seed from their website. The website is stunning is easy to navigate. Ordered a flower basket for my boyfriend on white day 2019. I forgot who handled me that time but she was very attentive and give me some good recommendation, when I have some request she directly ask the florist for her opinion whether it's suitable and nice. If not they will give you other alternative for the request. It shows that they are passionate on their job as a florist and they care about the customer opinion. The flowers are very fresh when delivered. Arrangement is very stunning. A very reasonable price considering all the quality and the customer service that you receive. (I was very impressed with the customer service) They keep you updated when the flower is ready, and on the delivery. The flowers stayed fresh for days after it was delivered. A bit of a feedback. Maybe you can enhance on the message card part? Other than that everything is perfect Best florist ! Will come back again definitely
