The flowers initially delivered to my mother had one damaged flower. Pureseed were quick to rectify this and resent another batch the next day. They even changed the colour of some of the flowers as my mother didn’t like white. Very professional and it was obvious they really take pride in their work and only wants the best for their customers. First class customer service and of course beautiful flowers. Thank you!
