Today I made an order for a fruit basket and right after I done the online order, I got a call (Less then 15mins) from Pureseed informing me that one of the colors for the flowers is not available and would like to replace....Why I entitled my subject : My appreciation is because I was so thankful to get a call so promptly and another is that - to let me know regarding the change of colors for the flowers - I thought this is so good. I have not encounter such service before! Yes - keep up the good service.Once again, I really appreciate the calls.
