退款政策

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. You may request to cancel your order latest by 12pm, TWO (2) days before the intended delivery day.

2. All refund will be in ONE (1) single discount voucher with 12 months validity from the issuance date.

3. If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will investigate the the issue and assist further. Please take note that you will need to email us (info@pureseed.com.my) the picture of the wilted/damaged/faulty product within 12 hours / same day of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/ replacement (if any).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any cancellation or refund will be given at the discretion of PURE SEED.
