I have engaged the services of this florist on more than one occasion, most recently for valentine's day, and I must say, I'm very impressed with them as a whole.

The customer service person whom I contacted via whatsapp was gracious and helpful, replying to my messages even on their off day, going over and beyond to assist my purchase.

Me and my partner love the bouquets from this florist, they are not too gaudy/ loud with their floral arrangement and colours, mainly dealing with earthy tones, making it easy to match with indoor decor. The flowers they use are fresh and beautiful, it looks as good/ better than what they display online.

The delivery service is efficient and punctual, and the goods are in good condition upon delivery.
