They got back to me very soon after I submitted my order, and helpfully advised me on having separate cards for different recipients at the same delivery address. They were also very obliging and helpful in changing some language on the cards at very late notice, even recalling their delivery person. The flowers and wine were delivered very quickly on the same day, and arrived in very good condition.
